At Macade Golf, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in brand-new, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
